A folder with many original-resolution videos - mass recalculation to smaller size?

I have moved a lot of photos and video from my phone to my PC and will, eventually, move this further to external hard drives for storage.
The images I can mass-resize with handy software like the ancient "image resizer for Windows". 3 GB turn into 60 MB or so.
What about video? I had one birthday video go from 1 GB to 66 MB via Shotcut, but that is a very cumbersome method that takes 20 minutes for just one video. Can I mass-enlist all videos in this folder to be reduced in size and quality for storage?
Top Comment: You can't compress your images or video without losing quality. Did you inspect the results? How much are you willing to give up? You can make them any size you want, so the question right now is impossible to answer. In my eyes reencoding mere 3GB of images to lower resolution is a blasphemy. That much storage costs less than 10 cents

Websites for mass video uploading + organization?

I have a client who works for a college and likes to create a mass tribute video for students, we’ve been doing this for a couple years now.
Basically, I set up a google form that has file uploading on it, and have parents/family members fill out the form with their student’s information and submit their tirbute video. Based on certain answers those are then sorted into separate folders in our Google Drive.
My client has to go through and review these one by one for quality, and I request from submissions that they properly label their file so we can sort them into the right tribute videos. We always end up having to go back and rename those files anyway.
So I’m looking for a video software site that will allow me to set up a space for people to submit their tributes, and automatically re-name their files. At the same time, I need it to be user-friendly for people not familiar with tech haha. I also need to have the option of uploading a pre-recorded video.
I have found sites like CamFlare.io, tribute.co, and memento.com. However these only allow people to record in the interface, and not upload a seperate file. I’d also love to have a log of submissions, as my client goes through and cuts videos out.
Suggestions for video upload sites that give me control over organization?

I just found out that the owner of my Grandmother's favorite YouTube channel passed away. I was curious if anyone knows of any software, either free or paid, that I can use to download an entire YouTube users video uploads.

Top Comment: If you've got CC, Media Encoder can do an image overlay. If you don't, Shutter Encoder can do it too, but it'll be slower.

I was wondering if there was a software that was able to mass download a Weibo user's videos. The videos on a webpage are all embedded which makes this process a little tricky. I was wondering if there was a software already out there for it.
